Teach Saywork how your team works once. Hand off the research, the drafts, the reports and the follow-ups from a desk, a phone or a browser, and approve what leaves.
“Find good-fit leads, draft the outreach and prepare this week's client scripts.”

Works inside the tools your team already uses. 26 apps connect directly; everything else runs in your own signed-in Chrome.
ONE AI WORKER, THE WHOLE WORKDAY
Your team doesn't need another chatbot. It needs the work between the work done: in the apps, accounts and files you already use.
Say the job and it gets done in your own apps and your signed-in Chrome. Organise jobs by client, follow every step, change direction mid-run.
See the agentSend a message, voice note or file on Telegram. Your computer does the job and asks for approval in the chat.
Scan the pairing code and start, follow or stop desktop jobs from your phone's browser.
Reports, chasers and weekly admin run on a set day, then wait for review.
Notes, decisions and to-dos when the call ends, then the follow-up prepared.
Reads and writes PDFs, Word files and spreadsheets.
Talk into any app, in English, Egyptian Arabic or both. Offline too.
Share approved company context with the right scope, so nobody rebuilds the brief from scratch. Mention @saywork in a team chat when you want the AI to answer. Personal memory stays out of shared conversations.
Show it the job once and it keeps the steps as a private skill your team can reuse, practise with review or put on a schedule.

Nobody should have to write a manual to delegate their job.
Talk through the parts that matter while you do it.
Untick anything private and edit the procedure.

USE CASES
Pick a team and follow a representative job from brief to review.
Research prospects that fit our agency. Draft a personal introduction for each. Then prepare scripts for our existing clients using their own briefs, audiences and tone.
Find relevant businesses and collect source links, fit notes and useful context for a human to check.
Draft outreach and client scripts from their respective briefs. Keep each client's materials in its own folder.
Check facts, recipients and copy before sending. Review scripts before sharing them with a client.
Illustrative walkthrough, not a product recording. Jobs run on each user's computer and desktop work may need its screen and cursor.
BUILT AROUND YOUR FINAL SAY
Saywork works in the accounts your people already use. Treat it like a new colleague at the keyboard: set the scope, limit the access, agree what needs review.
Every email, message, post or payment stops and shows exactly what will happen first.
Each job keeps its steps and a completion summary: what was done, what needs attention, what is unfinished.
One press stops a job when the brief changes. Start with bounded tasks and widen the scope as trust is earned.
It acts as the signed-in user on that computer. Connections can be removed from Settings at any time.
AI can make mistakes. No fixed error rate or productivity gain is promised; measure both in your own workflow.

WHY TEAMS SWITCH
Space Leads builds YouTube client-acquisition systems for coaches and consultants, whose businesses make tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars a month with AI-assisted production.
The agency wanted to go further than its previous AI tools: carrying the work through the apps and accounts it already uses, from a client brief to a checked deliverable.
MAKE THE VALUE VISIBLE
Use your own assumptions, and count the time spent reviewing the agent's work. These are planning estimates, not measured customer results.
hours reclaimed
Time returned to your team, after review.
Build a case with your numbersMonthly hours = people × (weekly repeatable hours × delegated share − weekly review hours) × 4.33. Capacity value = monthly hours × loaded hourly cost. Net capacity value subtracts your monthly rollout cost. A negative result means the assumptions consume more time or value than they return. Reclaimed capacity is not guaranteed cash savings, revenue or a reduction in headcount. Validate quality, cycle time and rework in a pilot before making investment decisions.
START SMALL. EARN THE NEXT STEP.
You don't need to redesign the company to find out if this helps. Agree on one repeatable job and what success looks like.
A recurring job. Write down today's time, volume, quality checks and the access it needs.
Real briefs and approved data. Track total time, including supervision and corrections.
Compare turnaround, accepted outputs and cost. Expand only where the evidence supports it.
FOR THE PEOPLE ASKING THE HARD QUESTIONS
Local history and the Wallet stay on the computer.
Online AI work uses external processors; shared workspace features use our services. Both are published.
Saywork is not ISO certified and has no SOC 2 report today. If procurement needs them, tell us early.
QUESTIONS
Teams of three or more: agencies managing different clients, founders with a small team, sales teams preparing outreach, and operations teams handling repeatable admin. It is most useful when the work has clear inputs, review standards and a person responsible for the result. Solo founders can start with an individual plan on the pricing page.
Yes. Saywork works on your computer, in your apps and your own signed-in Chrome. It acts through those accounts within the access you give it. External actions require approval. Keep the computer on with Saywork running, and agree when desktop work can use the screen and cursor.
You can organize different jobs and client context into separate folders and briefs, and distribute workflows across team members' computers. Plan concurrency around the devices and desktop access available. A single computer is not a promise of multiple agents independently using the same desktop at once.
It can research prospects, prepare a lead list, draft personalized outreach and write scripts using each client's supplied context. Have someone check sources, claims, recipients and brand voice. You approve sending; keep outreach appropriate to your accounts and recipients. It does not guarantee leads, replies or sales.
Enterprise starts at three seats. Choose individual plans per person or discuss a shared team package quoted around your workload and usage. The calculator above is an example you can edit, not a quote. Tell us about your team for a scoped proposal.
No. AI can misunderstand a brief or produce an incorrect output. Start with a measured pilot, count review and rework time, and compare accepted deliverables against your current process. Use human judgment before client-facing or consequential work is acted on.
