Saywork · Dictation

Talk. It's typed, in any app.

Hold Ctrl, say it, let go. Saywork types what you said where your cursor is — in email, chat, documents or your code editor — with the misheard words already fixed. In English, Egyptian Arabic, or both in one sentence.

How it works

  1. Hold Ctrl and talk.In any app. The bar on your screen shows it's listening.
  2. Let go.Saywork reads the whole dictation back and fixes the words that came out wrong — product names, jargon, the terms you use every day.
  3. It's typed where your cursor is.Nothing to copy and paste. Say "new line" for a new line.

What makes it different

It hears what you meant

Speech recognition mishears. Saywork checks the whole dictation and corrects the words that came out wrong before it types anything.

Polish, when you want it

Turn on Polish and rough, rushed speech comes out as a calm, clear ask. More than one ask becomes a list. It never adds a fact you didn't say.

Egyptian Arabic and English together

Switch languages mid-sentence and nothing breaks. Each part is written the way you said it — Arabic in Arabic, English in English. Pick up to three languages to dictate in.

Works when the Wi-Fi doesn't

Lose the connection mid-sentence and dictation carries on, right on your computer. Offline dictation is ready after a one-time download.

Your own voice shortcuts

Teach it a phrase once — "my address", "open my standup" — and saying it later types the text, opens the link or starts the meeting notes.

Fix what you already wrote

Select text anywhere and press Ctrl+Alt+Z. It's cleaned up in place.

Code, by voice

Start with "code" and what you say lands at the cursor as clean code in that file's language. In an AI chat, the files you mention become their exact paths.

Or say the whole job

Hold Caps Lock instead and Saywork does the work itself, in your apps. See the agent.

Questions

Which apps does Saywork dictation work in?

Any app on Windows 10 or 11 where you can type: email, chat, documents, browsers and code editors. It types wherever your cursor is, so nothing needs a special integration.

Does it understand Egyptian Arabic?

Yes. Saywork understands Egyptian Arabic the way people actually speak it, and English, and both in one sentence. Modern Standard Arabic is strong too; other dialects vary, and we say so rather than pretending they're all the same.

Does dictation work without the internet?

Yes, after a one-time download. When the connection drops it keeps working on your computer, and switches back by itself when you're online.

Do I need to learn commands?

No. Talk the way you'd talk to a person. There are voice commands like "new line" if you want them, but none is required.

How much does it cost?

Saywork is free while it is in beta. You need an account; you don't need a card.

One key. Say the work. Get it done.

Free on Windows 10 and 11. It installs in one click and keeps itself up to date.
