How to answer DMs and email faster without sounding like a bot

The replies that eat your day are short, repetitive and personal. How to clear them quickly and still sound like yourself.

The messages that eat a day aren't the long ones. They're the dozens of short replies — "does Friday still work?", "can you send the file?", "what's the price for two?" — each one quick, each one an interruption, and each one needing to sound like you.

Why templates and generic AI replies fall flat

Canned replies sound canned. Generic AI drafts sound like nobody in particular: too long, too formal, signed off in a way you never would. People notice, especially in DMs where tone matters more than wording.

What "in your voice" actually means

Saywork's agent reads the conversation, knows who it's talking to, and writes back the way you write. Its memory holds the details that make a reply right — who prefers WhatsApp, which project is due Thursday, how you like to write — on one page you can read and edit.

Clear a batch at once

Instead of answering one by one, hand off the batch:

"Reply to my Instagram DMs about the Friday shoot."

Saywork opens Instagram in your own Chrome, reads the new messages, and writes each reply. It works with Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger, and with your email. Every reply stops on the card first — the app, who it's for, the exact words — and nothing goes until you say "send it" or press Send. You can change any of them first.

Dictate the ones that need you

Some replies need your judgement. For those, dictation is the fast path: hold Ctrl, say what you'd say, and it's typed in the chat box — cleaned up, in Arabic, English or both.

A routine that works

  1. Twice a day, hand off the routine replies in one sentence.
  2. Skim the cards and approve them.
  3. Dictate the few that need more thought.
